               Thanks for your answers. I feel a little silly as I've seen
    the mats and cutters in the catalogs but was wanting any info on if
    there was a framers' catalog out there. I was hoping someone could tell
    me about the frame lengths, how you buy it, what a good mat cutter is,
    etc. I've used the dexter and am horrible at it. I would need one that
    makes it a little easier. Thanks again, Betsy
